Hundreds of legacy workloads had to move within narrow change windows while application owners retained a tested recovery path.

What we delivered

  • Mapped application dependencies, business criticality and change constraints into executable migration waves.
  • Used continuous replication and repeatable target launches to test workloads while production remained on the source.
  • Ran controlled cutovers with application validation, go or no-go gates and retained recovery paths.

  • Approximately 500 virtual machines transitioned to Amazon EC2.
  • The programme completed in six months.
