Hundreds of legacy workloads had to move within narrow change windows while application owners retained a tested recovery path.
What we delivered
- Mapped application dependencies, business criticality and change constraints into executable migration waves.
- Used continuous replication and repeatable target launches to test workloads while production remained on the source.
- Ran controlled cutovers with application validation, go or no-go gates and retained recovery paths.
